I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to you and your team for a fantastic job you did with supplying and repairing my vehicle recently. Please see the following on why I am very grateful for the assistance I have been given.
I only purchased my car yesterday, with this I had fantastic help from Dan La Pegna who picked out the Mistubishi FTO I had been looking for, apart from the car looking great and getting a great deal. Dan, also helped me with a few enquiries. Dan also pointed out how we could make the car look better and what I needed to do to maintain the vehicle, apart form up selling Dan did a great job talking me through the whole vehicle purchase process. On top of this, Dan followed me home in the vehicle as I went to the yard to sign the papers on my motorbike. I was stuck on how I was going to get my motorbike and new car home at the same time.
Today, my vehicle unfortunately had an air con pump problem, which also caused the fan belt to snap as there was an overheating of one of the bearings on the air con pump which caused something to cease and so on. This made my car unsafe to drive. I contacted Dan and with the assistance of Joe, from the Cannington yard, they organised a tow and made arrangements for the vehicle to be repaired.
With in three hours of the vehicle been picked up, Joe contacted me to state the vehicle had been repaired. I was originally concerned about the vehicle been away for several days as my current employer requires me to be mobile at all times. I voiced my concerns to Dan and Joe and they ensured me they would do their best to get the car back to me. To be honest, thinking this was general car sales people talk I really did not think that I would have my car back today. With total surprise Joe advised me the car had been repaired and Dan would be dropping the vehicle off.
Now I have purchased plenty of vehicles through previous employment with a large security company which would purchase around 15 new cars a year, one thing I can confidently say is, I have never experienced the service that I have given by FAB CAR – Cannington. The service, the follow up, the repairs has given me confidence to say I have invested wisely in a vehicle from FAB CAR.
